  • If you cancel your registration within 7 Days you got registered on this website you will receive a refund of full subscription amount But after seven days not a refund claim accepted for any services.
  • You as a customer can cancel your order up to one hour after any service order so that the slot expires for which you will need to call our customer service. Will also refund the payment.
  • If the customer purchases and does not download the product after making the payment, then his money will be refunded to him.
  • If the customer pays for the mock test and does not appear for the mock test, his money will be refunded.
  • If sdreamjobs.com are not able to provide any service for any reason, then your full money will be refunded
  • In the case of double payment, you can contact our help and support team
  • For refund you need to contact our help support team
  • If you are not able to produce any document of payment successful then no refund will be given in that case
  • If the customer purchases and downloads any digital product, no refund will be given to the customer
  • No money will be taken or given in cash
  • No interest is paid on a refund of any amount.
  • Refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
  • In case of refund request from the customer, the refund will be done within the next seven working days.
  • The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
  • We reserves the right to modify and amend in any refund policy, product list, product rate list etc. at any time by uploading the same in the website.
  • All dispute shall first be settled amicably and You agree that, you shall place your complaint to our Help and Support Team at support@sdreamjobs.com
  • The policy should contain the process and duration of placing a cancellation request
  • All disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the legal jurisdiction of District Court Kaithal, Haryana, (India).
